Tom made 2 sets of PVC rudder pedals. This one is on the Folbot post to use in the solo position.

The back of this set shows the cleats and the holes for routing the rudder lines.

This set is to use in the double setup that not hit the back of the person in the front seat.

For the attachment to the frame piece Tom cut a slot into the long side of a "T" and tapered the edge so it can be forced on.

The pedals for the Folbot post are made from:

1) 1" cross (+)
2) 2ea 1" to ½" bushings
3) 2ea ½" caps
4) 2ea clam cleats
5) 2ea 6" (more or less) pieces of ½" schedule 40 or, better yet, schedule 80

Insert a piece of some kind of tube in the end caps to pass the control line through. An eye screw in the end would work as well.

The "Set Back" pedals are made from.

1) 2ea 1" X 1"X 3/4" tees
2) 2ea ¾" ells
3) 1ea ¾" cross (+) bored out to pass over ¾' pipe
4) 2ea 3/4" to 1/2" bushing
5) 1ea ¾" coupling, cut in half
6) 2ea ½" caps.
7) 2ea 6" (more or less) pieces of ½" schedule 40 or, better yet, schedule 80
8) 1 piece of ¾' pipe about 13' long.
9) 2ea clam cleats (from old Folbot pedals)
10) 2ea foot pads (From old Folbot pedals}

You can tell from the pictures most of what needs to be done.
Cut 2 pieces of the pipe to use as nipples at elbow to tee connection top and bottom. Longer if you want more set back. The halves of the coupling are glued to the post to hold the cross piece in place on the post. Secure to frame with black tie raps (UV resistant)
