G's Easy Bowl Brownies
9x11 pan - 350 for 35-40 min.
4 sq. baking chocolate or 1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts and/or chocolate chips
Mix all together and bake. Careful not to overbake.
Mary's Famous Caesar Dressing
1 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 egg
1/2 oz poupon mustard
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/1/2 t. garlic salt
1 1/2 t. lemon juice
1 1/2 t. black pepper
3/8 c. olive oil
Mix in blender all ingredients except last oil. When mixed, add slowly (from top while blender is going) last 3/8 c. oil. Pour over romaine, red onion and croutons (Parmesan cheese optional) immediately before serving. Stores 2-3 days.
