 Ever since we first honeymooned in Playa del Carmen, we have been intrigued with Mexico. It has a charm and simplicity that we never seem to tire of. We're not big on resorts and enjoy more of the fend-for-yourselves style vacations. Perfection is a week or so on the Caribbean coast, staying in a little cabaña on the beach, shopping at the mercado, doing a lot of our own cooking, and just soaking up the ambiance.
